I just began having an issue oddly after using Square for 6 years. All of a sudden last week it stopped printing the "actual in drawer amount" on the receipt printed report after ending cash drawer. I haven't changed anything. The team permissions have been the same for the past 6 years, and they have access to view/edit reports. The employee is entering the "actual in drawer amount" but when the report is printed from ending the drawer, it doesn't print this amount. I can see the amount they entered if I look up the cash drawer on the Square dashboard, but it's not printing on the end drawer receipt report or in my nightly emailed reports. I'm baffled and frustrated! HELP!
