Hey Square Readers,

 

We just had our Live Discussion video chat to wrap up reading Hug Your Haters by Jay Baer, but we have one last discussion thread for y’all before our Full Book Summary post next week.

In the live discussion, @scastrotattoo shared a bad review their business received and how they responded. It was a really great insight into how they speak to customers, showing compassion and courtesy but also staying firm and explaining their policies.
