Hey @Johnny-P-1968.  I need some more information in order to get you to a resolution.

First, let’s be sure we are using the same terms.  In Square, a “house account” is basically a customer account where customers can charge things for a period of time and then they are invoiced regularly for the balance on the account.  It is mostly used in food & beverage operations, but I’ve seen other business types use it as well for regular customers who we trust enough to pay their accounts on a, say, weekly or monthly basis.  Is this what you mean by house account, or do you have another definition for that term?

Second, house accounts as I described them and as implemented by Square don’t work with estimates.  This is because house accounts are actual completed transactions where payment was deferred.  So I can’t think of a reason to estimate anything.

Please reply with your responses and I’ll take it from there!
