While the magstripe-only plug-in readers still work, it's possible that yours is damaged if you're having trouble using it. As credit card technology is evolving, and chip cards and tap payments are safer and more popular, it might be a good idea to consider one of our contactless and chip readers.

The old-school swipers can cause you to get chargebacks without any recourse.

The tap/chip reader and tap to pay do not have that issue.
