address not supported/

I just started with Square and was testing a purchase when the customer said their address was not supported, to pick another. The address is correct and legit. Why am I seeing this?

Hi @plunkscc, thanks for your post and welcome to the Community 👋.

I'd be happy to look into this. Could you give me more information about this test payment:

  • Was the payment done on a laptop or mobile ?
  • What was the payment method used (manually entered card, Apple or Google Pay, Square Pay) ?
  • Was the address local or international ?

 

Have you tried doing a test payment yourself with a different address ?
