That is certainly odd behavior! So when you add an item to your open ticket it automatically prints the ticket to the kitchen? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the printer station? Depending on what device you are using try deleting and reinstalling the app too. If you continue to have issues I would have our support team check it out.
