I'm trying to bulk import items to my inventory. I downloaded the template square provides and filled in my information. When I go to upload the new excel file, I get an error saying to 'check my sheet tab names' even though I didn't rename any tab names and the ones that are there were in the Square template. I've attached screenshots of the error and of my spreadsheet. Would appreciate any help as Square's customer service just keeps telling me to call. I'm unable to get on the phone but they won't do anything to help me other than send me macros of the same help center article I already read.

I am not sure why you are getting this error, but when I download my Excel Catalog I have 3 tabs that were mentioned in your Error message and I only see two tabs in the bottom left of the screen shot error message. Now the easy way to fix this would be Save the open sheet asa csv file with only the Items sheet. Then delete the column Refrence Handle. That coloumn is not in the csv version for some reason and is generated by Square. Square also generates the Token field for NEW items. Keep the empty Token Column and then try uploading the csv file instead of an xlsx file. Name the CSV file you save as trial 1 or something so you do not overwrite your xlsx file just in case I am wrong.

My guess is you deleted the Unit and Precision tab (sheet) accidentally in your XLSX workbook file.
