Square as a POS is total garbage

Is anyone actually using Square for POS successfully?

I've found it to be nothing but garbage, you can't control the favorite icons' sizes or locations and keep them locked in the same place across your devices.

If I only have 3 icons I need to display it shows a bunch of blank ones which is useless.

How can you call it a POS application its just a way to take a payment I would never consider it a POS application.  For as long as Square as been around this is pretty disappointing.

@GCRR I am sorry you are not satisfied with square as your POS. It isn't for everyone but there are many businesses who have been able to use it successfully for a long time. I personally think square is growing exponentially and trying to please everyone when making changes and upgrades. It does work extremely well for us, but again it is not for everyone. I do hope you are able to make it work for you!

We use it very successfully in our businesses and I have 12 other friends' businesses I have set up with Square all working wonderfully.  Between all our businesses we process over $30 million a year.  There are literally 10 million plus users of Square POS.  So yes there are many people using Square POS successfully.

You are correct that there is a grid for favorites.

What matters most is Square can handle the transactions.  On our bussiest days, we will run 900 transactions in a 10-hour window and it doesn't care, it could handle 9,000 a day and be just fine.
