Square Sales reply?

Square promotes getting in touch with them if annual sales exceed a certain amount. Why won’t they call me back when I reach out to discuss this offer?

When we hit the threshold, I contacted square and it took about 2 weeks for me to get assigned and rep and for them to review our sales. How long has it been since you contacted square?
