Setting up error

I'm new to square and I'm trying to set up payments and store and I'm getting "error"

Like @ryanwanner has said, we will need some more information to assist with troubleshooting. 

 

If you're getting an error while setting up a Square account, the most likely reasons include: incorrect personal information, issues with identity verification (like a blurry selfie or expired ID), problems linking your bank account, or a temporary glitch with the Square systemcheck for typos in your details, ensure your ID is valid and clearly visible in your selfie, double-check your bank account information, and try again later if you suspect a temporary server issue.

Please describe the steps you're doing to get to that error message: is it on the Point of Sale device, the Dashboard, or somewhere else? Is it when you're creating items, setting up your online store, or where? The more information you can give us the quicker we can get you going.
