QR code verification by employee

I am new to using QR codes so please be patient with me. When the customer pays using the QR code is it possible for my employee o see when the payment processed? We only use the Square reader at this time. Any help will be appreciated.

If paying with a QR Code which is just basically a link or payment link for an item, I believe you (just the account owner) will get an email notification of the transaction and later, another email about the transfer when that occurs.   This type of transaction is like an online purchase, if using Square's POS and the app is open, there is an option to get a notification of an online transaction, I'm not sure of what details are included in that notification.   Notifications are sent to the email address of full access team members by default if you have that feature.  Last, you can see the details on your Square Account Dashboard but, not your employee unless you have given him or her access permissions to your Account.   Perhaps some of the other volunteer Community Members have some additional thoughts or suggestions or can explain a bit better than I have.
