Prompting for a tip when doing packages

We are a small salon and most of our clientele use packages, or vouchers. However, because we have to comp out the service the employees aren't getting tips. Is there any way that the smart tip can be prompted to ask for a percentage of what the service would have been?

The only 'work around' I can figure out is either asking for a tip on the package, but that isn't fair to the employees as it isn't guaranteed that the person who sold the package will do all of the services.

That or split the package into installments, but then we aren't guaranteed that they'll stay for the number of services in the package.

I thought about adding in set amounts, but the services vary too much when you consider add-on treatments etc.

Or- can we add a basic service fee of 15% and say that tipping on vouchers is required? I'd have to get the estheticians to switch the service to something like 'Microneedling voucher service.'
