Permission set for refunds only to gift card

Is there a permission setting for only allowing refunds to gift cards? What I would like to do is be able to have only Senior Management refund actual refunds back to the payment method. And lower management be able to refund only to gift cards and this could be electronic or physical. Is there such a permission setting?

Currently, there isn't a feature available to specify which refunds can be processed using permissions. However, your suggestion is valuable, and we encourage you to share it in our Ideate Room here.
