Pending transaction - can't sign out

Apparently I've got a pending transaction - i believe it was taken while in offline mode, maybe? - and when I try to sign out of the POS or switch locations, I get a message telling me to finish processing the transaction first. But it's been saying this for a week and I have no idea how to force-complete a transaction, nor how to find this mysterious pending transaction. 

 

Anyone have any ideas how to resolve this? Do I just delete and reinstall the app?

Hi @supernicenyc - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Square Seller Community to bring this to our attention.

 

When using Offline Mode, you'll need to complete your pending payments by reconnecting to the Internet within 24 hours of the original transaction time. If you have pending offline payments, do not sign out of the Square app or delete the app from your device, do not factory reset the device.

 

We won't be able to tell what's happening with this specific payment without looking at your account and transactions with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community. For this type of issue, I suggest that you get in touch with our Support Team. If you haven't already, please reach out to Support directly by logging into your Square account and heading here.
