Hello have anyone had trouble with customers being charged more than we swipe for?

Can you more details - for example - what is your process when checking out a customer? Are you doing a manual input of the item price or scanning the item (bar code or QR) ? Having a better understanding of your issue would be helpful as there's a lot of hands on experience here but, we need more info.
