Not a fan of the new UI update pushed yesterday
In the list of active orders, orders are showing the date/time when the order was PLACED, not the pickup date/time. This needs to be fixed immediately. It is obvious the person who designed the new UI does not run a small business.

Hello @happy8 !
Snarky comments aside, the new UI has some significant advantages over the old. Your issue with sorting can be fixed relatively easily by tapping the button next to the search bar at the top that says Time Created with an up and down arrow. You can sort however you want your data to be displayed there.

It is true that the orders can be sorted in the desired sequence, but it doesn’t solve the glaring issue that the order date/time is displayed instead of the order pickup date/time. This is an issue on the iPhone app. iPad app seems ok since no date/time is shown, just minutes/hours until pickup time just like before.

@happy8 Interesting! On my phone if I sort by Fulfillment Time, Most Urgent I see the pickup time. The only order I have listed that defaults to the order time after the sort is one of my subscription orders.
Perhaps the update didn't fully take hold on your phone. Try logging out and back in again, and verify that your app and iOS are fully updated.

Thanks for the suggested general troubleshooting tips. Yes I’ve done all that and it’s still showing order received time on iPhone, not pickup time. Unfortunately this is causing massive confusion for our employees since we receive preorders placed days/weeks ago mixed with ASAP orders.

@happy8I'd definitely recommend calling into support then. They have more in depth access to your account and can research why your iPhone is acting up more than we can in a public forum.

Maybe it’s just me but calling into support leads to nowhere. Hopefully square realizes this flaw and fixes it
