New cell and now my customer list is missing

Updated to a new cell. All apps transferred, but on Square my clients and previous transactions are missing.

After the Update to a new phone, your transactions should still all be there because that has nothing to do with the Phone.  Your phone is just a tool to connect to Squares data on Squares cloud database of the lists your are saying disappeared.  If this is the 1st time using the Apps on your Phone that connect to Square, Login to square, let it update if needed, then open the app again and wait a few minutes and see if the App reconnects to Squares servers to get tis data.  Depending on your signal and iternet connection and the size of the files you are looking at this can take a little time.  

I upgraded my phones in August, and afteropening the Square apps, my transactions and items were missing a bunch of things.  I left the Square app open and awhile later the phone had all things back to normal.
