Money withdrawn

I cannot figure out how to get my money on my card it said paid on my app and then I don’t know where it goes.  It goes to unidentified person and or it will tell me iPhone for the location and I can’t figure it out. I have a verified bank account on my square app and I can’t even get it to transfer money from that to my square cards

Are you processing card payments, or cash / other tender payments via your point of sale? Keep in mind that you'll only receive card payments to your linked bank account. I'll keep an eye out for your reply.
