Make adding customer fields scan-able
George, please pass this on.
When adding a customer, the name/company fields need to be scan-able.
We use the App-card rewards and each card has a QR code (different for each card). So our customers scan their app-card each visit.
It would be great if we could scan that same card to find the customer on the POS system.

That's certainly an interesting feature request, and not one that I've heard before. If I'm understanding correctly, you'd want to be able to scan the AppCard, and have it pull up the customer name (if they exist in your Directory), and if not, have it add the information to Directory? Is there any other information that is stored on that card that you'd want to bring over? I'll definitely share it with our Product Liaison team for you. 😉
