You really need to help us out here with some details and a copy of the link.  The volunteer members here are not the same as Tech or Customer Support but, there is quite a bit of knowledge and hands-on experience using Square's Apps and Hardware.  Perhaps with some helpful information, someone here may be able to help.  If you're not comfortable sharing more info, it may be best for you to contact Support for assistance.  Support has the ability to look at your account settings and the link - the community members here cannot look at user account details.
