It does not look to be legit, @EG_Healthcare.  I’d recommend ignoring the link in the email (as you should always do, anyway).  Sign into your Weebly account directly using your normal method to edit the site.  Go to your account settings and if you need to update your payment information you’ll see that there along with instructions.

As @TheRealChipA mentioned, this emails does not look legit. Our emails typically come from noreply@squareup.com. I suggest forwarding this email to spoof@squareup.com  so that the appropriate team can investigate and take any necessary actions. Please do not include any other information in the email you forward to spoof@squareup.com.
