Items not syncing in POS

On Thursday I imported new inventory. I did it the same way I have always done it. The new category and all the inventory that was imported is not showing up in our POS system. It is showing up on my computer and on my phone, but not on the ipad. We have to manually enter each item a customer buys during checkout. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this.

Hey there, @2ndCity

 

Have you logged out of the Point of Sale and logged back in? This will allow the app to update with the recent changes you've made. 

 

Please let me know if that doesn't do the trick and I am happy to circle back.
