Questions or Feedback: Inventory tracking is not updating. I've sold 3 items since yesterday, but the inventory still shows the items as available. Yesterday the inventory showed as 42 items. Today it should show 39 items since I sold 3, but it still says 42 items.
All sales are going through the POS or desktop. Not using the online store option.
Please advise how to rectify this so I don't oversell items!

Are you able to post Screen shots of what you are looking at to see your current inventory counts?
I've sold 3 items since yesterday, but the inventory still shows the items as available.
This would be correct if you had 42 sold the 3 you would still have 39 Available .... so this sounds ok
Yesterday the inventory showed as 42 items. Today it should show 39 items since I sold 3, but it still says 42 items.
This is more the Screen shot of these totals to see what mine shows. This does not seem correct to me.
Now these numbers could be stuck in your Web Browser Cache which is used to show screens quicker but sometimes shows old data. Try clearing your Web Browsers Cache and view again.
