I changed my phone number months ago but when a customer places an order and the email confirmation is sent to them, it still shows the old number. How do I change that?

There are multiple places that business information is stored. Since this seems to pertain to online orders I would log in to your square dashboard. - click online in the left side panel - click settings once the online dashboard loads - click general and then you can edit your store information there.
Also under fulfillment there is a pickup and delivery where you can edit your store details. (This may all be the same information, I have not checked)

Hi Sajji1206,
To change the details on your Receipts:
Login to your Square Account Dashboard.
Select "Settings"
Select " Account & Settings"
Select "Business Information"
Select "Receipts"
On the right side of screen, scroll down - look for "Contact"
Edit or change phone number and save.

Hi there, I did that and it shows the new number there but when the customer orders online and gets an email of the order confirmation, my old number still shows

Next step - you may want to contact Customer or Tech Support - they have the ability to go over your account setup - that's something that cannot be done through the Community. Most of us are small business owners who try to help but, we cannot review account setups.
