How to make Online Sale prices persist for in person sales?

I love how Square can cross out the original price online and put the sale price instead, but when I ring up the same item in person, it defaults to the original price. I need it to default to the sale price instead, I don't run different prices for online only. Is there an easy way to do this? I don't have all my item prices memorized, so I have to look each one up every time someone buys a discounted item and it's a pain and slows down the sale which doesn't look good to my customers.

Use the discounts option in the square dashboard, you can set up for online and in person discounts
