How do I retroactively change a location? The locations weren't switched on the correct day.

We have 3 locations that we operate (farmers markets) and occasionally we don't remember to switch the location the to correct farmers market.  Is it possible to go back and retroactively change it in the dashboard?

I'm not sure if I'm understanding what you'd want to change. 

 

Would this change be for reporting issues? 

Or does it have to do with transfers to your bank account? 

 

Unfortunately, retroactively changing the location under which a transaction is reported is not possible. 

 

As for the transfers, if you are using manual transfers, you can switch the bank account linked to the location you processed the payments under before transferring your funds. 

The downside is that it might take a few days for the bank to be linked.

 

Let me know what the goal is and I can check for solutions.
