E Gift Cards. DOWN?

I can't seem to access E Gift cards configuration screen.  It just clicks and goes nowhere.  I'm trying to prep for my annual gift card sale next week.  

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I'll try accessing it in a few hours from my work computer.
