Add Customer ticket

Hi I used to see a button at the bottom of the right hand side of my POS screen, just below the "charge" button, to add a customer (to allow a ticket to be saved and paid later) but it hasn't shown up since I switched over to a new iPad (same login and everything). Any ideas how to get that button to show up again? Thanks.

As mentioned, saved carts are an option for Square Retail or Open-Tickets with a point of sale.

As I see this is your 1st post let me welcome you to the community.

 

On an Ipad with Square for Retail, next to the Charge button to its left is a button called Save Cart.  Also on an Ipad you can download / Install Square Pos, Square For Retail, and Square for Resturants.  I am not sure which version you had on your previous device.

I just looked on my android and can download just Square Pos, and on that app I do not have the Save Cart button, but do on the Ipad.  Same login but Android is Square POS, and Ipad is Square fro retail.
