why do some of my customer profiles have an alert saying appointment notifications are off?
why do some of my customer profiles have an alert saying appointment notifications are off? And i cant seem to find anything that actually says theyre off when I go to the profile to try to change it as the alert instructs me to do.
"Notifications off"
"Appointment email notifications are turned off for this customer. Update this setting through their customer profile on your web dashboard"

We should be able to dig down and get to the bottom of this, @Hairbyjess!
Can you try locating one of the customer profiles with appointment notifications off? You should be able to identify these customers in your Customer Directory by clicking on them to pop out the right-hand sidebar. Once there, you'll see this in the Personal Information section if appointment notifications are turned off:
From here, click the Edit link in the top right-hand corner of the Personal Information section, then scroll to where you see Appointment Notifications. You should be able to select a new option from the drop-down menu, as shown below:
