need to downgrade from premium to business plan - please help

Suggest contacting Customer Support as they should be able to help.  Seems it's always easy to upgrade yourself however, when it comes to downgrading or changing plans, one has to speak with a human.  Unfortunately changes like this cannot be done via the Community - at least that's from my experiences.
