I moved my site from Square to Shopify and now I need to access the e-gift card numbers of the e-gift cards that still have an outstanding balance on them. reports>gift cards>export doesn't give me the correct info. I can look up the transactions and see the balances still remaining on the cards, but I am not able to see the card number OR where they went. If I could email each individual or see the card number I would transfer it to my new POS/website.

I want to make sure we are on the same page. Are you trying to migrate your outstanding gift card balance to Shopify?
