cannot extend service

Help my subscription is about to expire and I cant get it renewed

If you're referring the paid version of the Online Store, all subscriptions auto-renew by default, meaning the service will extend automatically at the end of the billing cycle and charge the payment method on file. 

From the Site Editor, click My Site in the upper right corner and select Account Settings from the drop down menu. There, you'll see subscription details along with an option to Manage.
