banner image challenge

I have created multiple images for a banner image in Canva  2000 x 1000 px. 

None of these images fit into the frame that the online web editor provides.  All of the edges are trimmed and makes the image worthless.  

I am using the free version of Square, but I don't feel it should impact the basic functionality of the editor.   

Any insights to alternatives would be greatly appreciated.
