I can't figure out why it must be so bad but I'm on my last straw. I list items on my online store and it sometimes takes days to post on the website! I'm getting text messages almost weekly about another square outage. Support calls sounds like they are answered at a denim shop in Thailand. Lound and hard to understand the representative. I am a sneeze away from migrating my entire company to Shopify. Can someone talk me off the ledge?

I'm sorry about your issues with Square Online. We are facing the same issues as well.
While I have been promised multiple times that it will be fixed soon and been told by Square that it was resolved two weeks ago, from my experience and that of others in the Community, it definitely has not.
My only hope is that with enough vocalizing in the Community, it may be escalated by the team.
