Why does my product show as unavailable to the customer?

When setting up my website, I noticed that some of my items were showing up as unavailable, even after following all of the steps given on the troubleshooting page.

I tried remaking one of the troublesome item listings, and came up with the same issue. What am I doing wrong, or should I just delete my library and restart?

Because the Community Members cannot look at what details you have setup for items, we sometimes have to guess.   (Only Customer or Tech Support can look at Account info.)

Suggest checking one of your problem items -

Login in to your Account

Select "Online"

Select "Items"

Select "Site Items"

Pick an item to edit

Make sure you have a Price Amount (can't be "0")

Under Visibility - Check Visible

(Also make sure you have a Shipping Profile setup.)

If you make any changes, be sure to Save - then try Republishing your site.

It's also a good practice to ensure that you clear your web browser's cache, temp files and history when checking your site - sometimes you can make a change, republish your site and not see the changes because your browser is still using the data from it's cache (it's a browser thing to save time but, can be annoying).

If nothing changes, then contacting Support would be your next option as they can look at what you have setup.
