Why does my Shop All page not show up?

I originally set up a store in Weebly and still have that. Then I went through Square to set up an online store to link to my Weebly page. When I give people the URL https://facemasksbycheryllynne.square.site  it says page not found. On the navigation board, it is showing 2 pages for the URL and one for Weebly. Please help.

On my dashboard this is showing:

Weebly Professional Site

 

I recently paid $16 for an upgrade and not happy.

Hi there @Cherylb728 - I'm sure we can iron out the kinks here!

 

It looks like the actual link address associated with the first link you included in your post is as follows: "https://facemasksbycheryllynne.square.site%20/" - which is why this link isn't working properly. The second link you posted takes me to your online store! I'm able to view your Shop All page as well 🎉

Now, let's dig in. When you say "On the navigation board, it is showing 2 pages for the URL and one for Weebly," I'm not sure what you are referring to. Are you able to describe in a bit more detail what's not looking right on your side?

On the dashboard under Online store and when you click on the down arrow on the left is shows

I am not sure how I developed 3. I went to Weebly first and wanted to connect a store to Weebly which is Square Up.

Hmm, our Ecom Team can help out. They'll need to check your Online Store set up to make sure it's configured properly since we're unable to see your settings on the back end.
