Why are my website categories disappearing?

Some of my subcategories are no longer showing up on my website. They are fine when I am editing the site and are all set as visible, but they started disappearing from my website. Any suggestions?

I am having the same problem, although they now aren't appearing even in the preview during Edit.

That is weird, we certainly want to look further into this. Can you provide a screenshot of your subcategories for Square Online?
