That sounds a bit odd but, stranger things have happened.  Your Square online site is designed to be responsive - other than how it's displayed on the device, nothing should change.  Perhaps sharing your site's URL would be helpful for others to take a look.  Please understand that the Community is not the same as Tech or Customer Support but, there is quite a bit of hands on experience here.
