Website not working for my customers

My customers are trying to log on to my website but it’s not working.  This has been going on for some time now.  Do I need to contact support?

Since there's no current issues reported so far today - you can check here.  Probably contacting Tech Support is your option.  We don't have any other details except for what you posted and since most of us are small business owners and not the same as Tech or Customer Support - contacting Square would be your next step.
