We aren't getting our web site's test mails

We're setting up our weebly site and are not receiving test emails.


In the "Email & text alerts" section, we tried to send test emails for the various Email Previews listed on that page, and none of them come through.


I've set up our Email sender profile to come from our main store email address, which is the address we used when setting up Square.

 

When I click to send a test mail to this address, it immediately says that it's sent, but we never receive it.

 

It's not a spam or filtering problem on our end, because we have been reading the raw mail logs on our isp to help debug this, and no mails corresponding to these test messages are coming in from weebly or square at all. We've gotten nothing.

Is there anyone from Square or Weebly support on here reading these messages?

 

I'd sent a support email on Tuesday about this issue as well, and haven't heard anything.

 

We'd like to go public with our site, but we can't do anything until we know that it's working.

Just an update. When I go to click on send a test mail, it pulls up a "Sending email" dialogue, and that just stays forever with the little looping circle icon, so that would indicate that it's somehow unable to send the mail...
