Use inventory from all locations for Online Store

I have two physical locations and have opened an online store that is doing well, but in order to make sure all our inventory was available online, I had to move to just 1 location in Square.  This makes managing inventory in the two locations very difficult.

Is there a way to have the Online Store use inventory from both locations?  For example, I have 4 of Item A at our main store and 5 at our satellite store.  Online, I would like it to show 9.  If someone orders 5 of Item A, it deducts 4 from the main store and 1 from the satellite.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hmmm. A little confused here. How would our system know which location to deduct the inventory from? Would it be that you only sell certain items at a specific location?
