To cancel your Google Workspace subscription managed through Square Online, please follow these steps:
1. Access Your Square Dashboard:
• Log in to your Square Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Account Settings:
• Click on Settings in the navigation menu.
• Select Account & Settings.
3. Manage Subscriptions:
• Under Business Information, click on Pricing & Subscriptions.
• Locate your Google Workspace subscription in the list.
• Click Manage next to the subscription.
4. Cancel the Subscription:
• Select Cancel Service to initiate the cancellation process.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.
Please note that canceling your Google Workspace subscription will result in the loss of access to associated services, such as Gmail, Calendar, and Drive, for your domain. Ensure you back up any important data before proceeding.

I purchased my Google workspace through Square and when I wanted to upgrade to get more storage, it wasn’t available through Square. I had to contact support through Square and get transferred to the workspace department and they took care of for me, they canceled and transferred it to Google. Took about 15 mins with Chat.
