Unable to Download QR Code Generated Table Number Order Data for Purchases

Hello. We use the QR Code functionality to support our annual BBQ sale in a Scout troop. We define a custom QR code for each Scout to use when selling. This approach effectively makes each Scout their own "table number" that we can use to specifically track their sales.

Though a little quirky, we were initially able to download this data by getting it from the Customer Notes column in the Legacy Online Orders download and simply parsing the table number out in a spreadsheet.

Last year we had to revert to a screen scraper because the table number was removed from the notes section of the Legacy Online Orders download. While more cumbersome to deal with we were able to make this work for our needs using the Google screen scraper.

Another change was made this year that has made that data impossible to get in summary form. In order to access the table number used to place an order we must interrogate each record on the revised Order screen to achieve a pop-up screen that has the table number shown. With hundreds of transactions this approach is extremely cumbersome.

In emails back and forth with Square support they have indicated that table number is not available for download even though it is there in the pop-up screen. My suggestion to Square support is to make that information downloadable in some way. This is a major issue for us going forward to continue using the Square platform which has worked so well for us up to this point.
