Square: "We're Fully Operational" but my website is still down?

My website is not loading and when I click on categories I get a 500 server error.

When I checked the site, I found this info which states there was some system issues which may have affected your site.   The community volunteers here don't have the same abilities as Tech or Customer Support - have you contacted Support?   The HTTP status code 500 is a generic error response and means that the server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request which may be the result of whatever happened.  (Just an assumption of course.)
