HI, you would need to create your Shipping Profile.

Online Dashboard, Fulfillment, Shipping, scroll down to Shipping Profile, far right Add Shipping Profile

ex. Flat Rate Shipping

Maybe you can answer this. Once a profile is set up, how can I remove a State to ship to in that profile? The State I would like to remove is grayed out.

Hey there @WineSneak

If the state that you wish to remove is currently grayed out means that that state is being handled by a different or separate Shipping Profile.

I hope this information is helpful!

JJ, this is correct, however there is no way to deselect any sate to allow it to be handled by another profile. I am running into the same issue.

For instance:

I want 2 day shipping as the only option for: California, Oregon, Seattle and Nevada.

I want Ground, 3 day, 2 day, Shipping for the rest of the country.

There is currently no way to set that up.

In an ideal world, you’d be able to set up realtime shipping options, by state(s). Given that the weight is the only way to manage shipping costs across options/variations, this is really the only ay to account for both variables in shipping rates.

At a minimum, be able to place a fixed shipping price surcharge, by state(s) seems reasonable.

I solved this problem by using another browser. Seems there are problems using certain browsers with Weebly, at least for me anyways.

How do I use flat rate option? How do I know how much to charge for shipping? I've looked all over and can't find the right answers. Most the items I would be selling weigh less than 1 lbs. When I looked up USPS or UPS standard flat rate price its $9.65 that seems so high for a item so small. What am I doing wrong? Any feedback would help!

Hi there, @marmayle15,

The costs associated with the flat rate fees are determined by you. We recommend checking out this article for how to set it up in your account. Also, welcome to the Seller Community! 🥳 We are so happy to have you here. While you are here, we recommend checking out our Orientation & Etiquette. Hope this helps! 😊
