Shipping Products to Non-Billing Address Advice.

Hey yall,

          I wanted to see how other store owners handle orders that are shipped to an address other than what was entered as the billing address. We have been in business almost 20 years online and have seen the ecommerce world change since the days when customers would fax orders with all their info on it including credit card numbers.

How are other stores dealing with orders being shipped to a different address? I have made a form I email to customers on large orders and we have about a 50% completed order ratio doing this. Are yall cancelling orders with alternate addresses?
