Why is my service list not in order on my site, but appearing in the correct order in Square?

Thank you. I called the support line and they helped me fix it in the settings so now it’s in order. Apparently, the feature was removed since the last time I made changes. Still not sure how it happened. Maybe a bug, like you mentioned.

Do you happen to have a link to your site you can share?
Is there a way to clear cache on the back end of your site? I don't use a Square site, so I'm not sure of any possible settings, but by the sounds of this, it sounds like it may be a potential bug.

Check out the best answer below. Try giving Square support a call, they may need to clear/update something on their end in order for things to work out.
Let us know how you make out if that solves the issue as well!
