SInce "items" update, newly added items not available to add to site

Since the "online items" editor changed to being one "items" section for both the website and POS, we can not get newly added items to show up on our website. The items are set to "Visible" and have our website selected under the "where it's sold" section of the item. Anyone else encountering this issue? know of a fix? we have started customer service requests with square but they are horrible. They say they will fix it and then they just close the service ticket. (they did reindex the site once but it did nothing)

@mrssweetza  I am sorry for the issues you are facing. As a seller myself, I understand how these issues can affect our business. 

 

I have escalated this issue along with others with similar issues. Hopefully the team will look into it.
