Receiving 404 page not found when I click on items on site

Hello, 

 

8 hrs ago, my website had no issues. I added two new items, and had some sales and everything was fine. Now any time I click on my items it acts like it will pull up the item but them drops to a 404 page not found. I have an item that is time sensitive so that doesn't help!! 

 

My categories show visible, all items show visible. I am at a lost! HELPPPPP

Hi Upnorthdigi,

 

It's always helpful to others here if you share your website's URL so others can see the error you're seeing, sometimes that gives us some additional clues.   Understand that the Community is not the same as Tech or Customer Support - most here have a lot of experience with Small Business related challenges, Square's Apps and Hardware.  Assuming that you published your site after making any changes and your items are now showing a 404 - it's possible your site may need to be refreshed from the Tech Support side - that's something which cannot be done by the Community Members.  We can try your URL to see if anyone here has some thoughts however, you may still need to contact Support for additional assistance.

Thank you for providing the link. When I clicked on your items, I got the same error message.

 

I recommend refreshing your site by following the steps below:

 

  1. Navigate to the Square Online Dashboard > Shared Settings section.
  2. In the "General Settings," fill out your store information.
  3. Save the changes and allow some time for synchronization.

Note: Refresh/ReSync typically takes approximately 30 minutes.
