Photos are not with correct item

I am not sure when it happened, but I just went to add new items to my website and noticed that none of the items have the correct photo with them anymore.  It is incorrect in both the point of sale item and the online website item.  The categories are all incorrect on the online website as well.

 

Is there a way to revert back to when it was correct or do I need to reapply all 300+ items with the correct photo and category again?

Update:  I just looked at an excel export of my items.  It seems as though the reference handle is no longer with the correct item.  The photo of whatever item for the reference handle is, is showing up with the different item.

 

Ex.  The photo for my blue shimmery mountain studs are showing on the item for the lavender flip flop earrings.  About 75% of them are all mixed up.

Was there an update to the export/import recently?  I have been having issues with it for a week or so now.

Sorry, updating again since it won't let me edit or delete. The reference handle is not related to the photo.  I just exported again and now they are attached to the correct item.  I imported and checked again, and the photos are still incorrect.
